Maintain master data for all critical SAP objects including but not limited to: Customer Master, Vendor Master, Material Master.
This includes any adds/changes or deletions to the master data records.
Update, as required, HR Mini-Master records and PIR Pricing records.
Assist with resolution of SAP issues related to master data errors.
Coordinate resolution and testing of issues with SAP Module support team and SAP Key Users.
Update SAP training materials as needed to support the overall SAP design
Conduct continuing general SAP education for end users, as required.
Participates in regular meetings between the SAP IT team and SAP Key Users from the business departments to understand potential issues and system enhancements.
Assist with month end / year end processes in preparations for a new fiscal year of SAP transactions
Requirements
Associate’s degree in related field
At least 5 years’ experience in using SAP preferred and or strong foundation in Data Entry/ Analytics in a professional office environment.
Knowledge of SAP best practices; process improvement techniques; project planning and management, and familiarity with IT policies and standards
Progressive-knowledge of SAP's Tools and Methods
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Excellent process and problem-solving skills
Computer skills: highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
