Maintain and optimize CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting consistency across Canada and the U.S.
Ensure timely and complete data entry for all BD activities, including meetings, opportunities, follow-ups, and contact managements.
Generate regular dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and pipeline forecasting.
Coordinate logistics for BD meetings, conferences, industry events, and outreach campaigns.
Manage conference registrations, booth logistics, and coordinate with Marketing on collateral needs and materials preparation, and pre/post-event communications.
Capture and enter event-related intelligence and new contacts into CRM for follow-up.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities, procurement notices, and emerging industry trends.
Monitor competitor activities and compile summary insights for BD Leads and business unit leaders.
Support the BD team with prospecting research and lead qualifications.
Support communication between BD, Marketing, and Operations by coordinating timelines, gathering information, and sharing updates.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or marketing operations.
Experience in professional services, energy, infrastructure, or land-related sectors is an asset.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse teams across borders.
High proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and event management tools.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional travel within Canada and the U.S. for events or meetings.
