Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years experience in healthcare industry
Minimum of 4 years in sales; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
MBA preferred
Proven experience in selling data products, particularly in real-world applications and the life sciences sector with at least 4-5 years in a similar sales role
Strong knowledge of healthcare data is highly preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and build long-term relationships with high-profile clients
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to uncover growth opportunities
Experience with sales incentive plans (SIP)
Achieving performance targets
Proficiency in strategic sales methodologies
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders as a subject matter expert
Comfortable with influencing decision-making
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient of Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Quip, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
