Leads a team responsible for the strategic direction, development, management and execution of consumer products to drive profitability while maintaining a moderate risk profile
Directs the team in leveraging industry research, competitive information, alternative sources of data, and analytical insights to identify profitable clients
Partners with leaders from digital, analytics, underwriting, technology, marketing, asset quality, and risk management
Manages teams to identify and solution product and system inefficiencies that impact client acquisition
Owns risk as a member of the first line of defense
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Equivalent Work Experience (required)
Master's Degree (preferred)
10+ years Experience in the financial services or comparable industry (required)
10+ years Experience in Product Management, Community Development, Marketing, and Communications with an emphasis on compliance and risk management (preferred)
Experience with product roadmap development including deploying, developing, and testing new product capabilities
Superior influencing, consulting, and communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to successfully interact with and relate complex technical information to less technical audiences in common business terms
Proven leadership experience with an ability to establish a culture while driving business outcomes and managing risk
Strong business, technical and analytics acumen and experience working with senior leaders and partners to drive business results
