Role Overview
- Ensures organizational compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation requirements for medication management
- Designs, performs, and revises monthly compliance inspections
- Develops and contributes key performance indicator (KPI) data to the Pharmacy Quality Dashboard
- Communicates and educates operational staff on medication-related issues
Requirements
- PharmD from an accredited college/university
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with data management, data analysis, project management, presentation, and organizational software (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
