Global Initiatives Alignment & Implementation: NPD, Resiliency, Corp Responsibility, Perfect Execution, Supplier Development, Lead Time
Develop and align multi-year global sourcing strategy for critical commodities and suppliers
Collaborate with World Area Supply Chain Leaders and other Functional Leads
Manage data gathering, analytics and deck generation for planning cycle
Manage the implementation of global supply chain best practices and initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related
10 years Supply Chain or Operations experience and/or MBA
Understanding of Flow Controls supply base, product portfolio, business systems, and exhibits
Management experience at a senior level/able to motivate and lead teams
Knowledge of Fisher Valves organization an advantage
Perfect Execution, Lean, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Material planning knowledge
