Role Overview
- Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization
- Represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases
- Manages all phases of the litigation process
- Reviews and evaluates title searches and insurance risk factors
- Communicates underwriting requirements to counsel for buyers, sellers and lenders
- Evaluates risk and exposures to determine acceptability of business
- Determines premiums, terms and conditions based on established rules, rates, and guidelines
- Analyzes data such as financial conditions, participation percentage, type of industry, etc.
- Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
