Responsible for Workday Security for all HR modules
Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support
Ensures security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
Maintain Workday ticketing system
Help ensure data accuracy by validating security settings
Conduct regular audits of user access and security configurations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Typically requires 5 years of technical experience in human resources systems
Strong and broad functional knowledge of benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and organization development functions/processes
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Advanced hands-on knowledge/experience in creating and executing EIBs to manage system data
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and large-scale automated systems
Expertise in preparing, importing and manipulating data in spreadsheets/databases and other HR technology tools
Demonstrated ability to effectively use ERP systems to create/maintain custom reports
