As an Account Manager, you will take on a hybrid role, balancing the growth of new business opportunities with the expansion and development of existing accounts.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own a big part of the sales strategy and its execution in tandem with other departments (Delivery & Technology).
You will directly contribute to our revenue growth, build strong sales processes, oversee pipelines from qualification to close and manage day-to-day sales operations.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional telecom enterprise sales or consulting experience in a fast-paced client facing and results oriented environment.
A clear understanding of how telecom organisations make decisions related to data, analytics, and AI, & how to influence them, with a proven pedigree in helping a business deliver significant growth
Ability to be a thought leader and thought partner to our clients, discussing the latest trends in data, analytics, and AI related to telecom
Ability to communicate and influence all levels of stakeholders across functions (especially tech, engineering, data science, sales, marketing and finance)
Ability to lead and motivate others
You have a consultative ‘listen-first’ approach and understand what motivates people & tailor your messaging accordingly.
