Responsible for building and executing practice transformation playbook(s).
Define, build and execute a Practice Transformation Concierge Process that includes engagement with pre-affiliation, onboarding and advisory support teams.
Responsible for tracking success stories and reporting on results and outcomes of practice transformation engagements and implementations with advisors.
Partner closely with Financial Planning & Analysis and CBA teams to create & deliver practice transformation and transition assistance offers.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the engagement and execution model.
Responsible for executing successful implementation and partner hand-offs of practice transformation plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Demonstrated understanding of an advisor recruiting processes
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Broker Dealer industry
Practice development and advisor recruiting experience
Series 7, 24, 66 required.
