Support curation and delivery of customer data packages
Data Analytics Team Support and Automation: ensure analyst team is delivering, adhering to processes and fully utilizing automation tools.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track on time delivery of contracted services and reports overview calls
Leverage real time analytics to track customer satisfaction
Define requirements and assist in tool development for enhanced analytics
Develop and deliver training materials for analytics
Educate internal departments on any new or revised service offerings
Lead Voice of the Customer activity to understand customer needs
Work cross functionally to create optimization and value-add services for current install base
Work with contracts and legal department to create and review service contract language.

This is largely a sedentary role.
The job operates in a home environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
