Drive the successful completion of significant programs including regulatory “mass events”
Administer the intake and prioritization of formal projects and other initiative requests in which D&A participates or owns
Ensure detailed project plans and frequent follow-up with stakeholders on completion of those projects and ensure that the appropriate level of review and quality assurance is performed before the project goes live.
Accurately capture and communicate information throughout all project phases.
Gain appropriate approval and sign-off prior to the completion and implementation of projects.
Ensure appropriate communication and training is completed prior to the “go-live” of any project.
Support D&A as a secondary point of contact (other than the appointed D&A SME for the project) for other departments within the company on current and future projects.
Facilitate D&A project meetings, including preparing meeting materials.
Partner with fellow project manager(s) within D&A to support the full breadth of all strategic efforts outside of daily operational processing.
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with IT systems and workflows preferred
Strong project management skills, including successfully managing projects from beginning to end.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
