About this role
Role Overview
Act as a business advisor and coach
Review all operating reports and audits
Analyze information and determine appropriate solutions
Review restaurants' financial performance
Identify opportunities to improve performance
Work collaboratively with owners and managers
Conduct regular financial reviews
Ensure all new initiatives are effectively implemented
Serve as a brand and business ambassador for Tim Hortons
Requirements
Fluency in French and English
Minimum 3 years of operational experience managing profit and loss (P&L)
University degree in business administration, full-service hospitality, or a related field
Strong business and financial acumen, with business development capabilities
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Ability to analyze and interpret data and information
Strong, clear, and effective communication skills
Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility with scheduling
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets provincial guidelines
