Role Overview
- Leverages AI-driven tools to identify process inefficiencies and generate data that accelerates decision-making
- Monitors and reports on realized savings and cost avoidance across all sourcing categories
- Develops executive-level presentations and dashboards to communicate sourcing achievements
- Acts as a liaison between sourcing, finance, operations, and business units
- Creates and optimizes Smartsheet dashboards for tracking savings and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Smartsheet
- Ability to read and manipulate data from multiple data sources
- Experience with facilitating LEAN events, i.e., Kaizen, etc.
- Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with global sourcing practices and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
