Rapid Edge is an HR consultancy firm that helps candidates match with potential roles using an Artificial Intelligence System. They are seeking a Business Analyst Innovation Intern for a 3-4 month paid learning experience where interns will engage with leaders and work on hands-on projects to improve customer experience through technology development.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Research and Analysis: Establish market data to inform strategies to improve our customer’s experience through new technology development. This may include both 'desk research' and 'field research.'
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the strategy and business case for how Copeland should bring new technology to market
- Program Management: Understand best practices of managing a creative / innovation process. Depending on capability and capacity, take ownership of a Discovery project
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a rising junior or rising senior in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program, in a Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales or related major preferred
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Anticipated Graduation of May 2027
