Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Accounting Hub)
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with Oracle standards
Support full lifecycle implementation activities (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
Coordinate and support UAT sessions and resolve functional issues
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations

5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud Financials and/or EBS)
Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple finance modules
Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
Experience in client-facing consulting roles within enterprise environments
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
Oracle Cloud Financials certification is an advantage
CPA or professional accounting qualification is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
