Role Overview
- Support the Sector Chief Compliance Officer
- Contribute to discussions related to the implementation of guidelines issued by the Autorité des marches financiers
- Support relevant stakeholders during regulatory changes
- Assess impacts and participate in necessary discussions for compliance
- Participate in various committees and discussions with industry stakeholders
- Develop action plans related to non-compliance issues or regulatory-related incidents
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance or in the financial services industry
- Experience in a risk management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Admission to the Bar or membership in the Chambre des notaires (Québec)
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector considered an asset
- Knowledge of the business operations of iAAH, Prysm, and iA Financial Group considered an asset
