Developing, writing, updating, and documenting business analyses in accordance with business architecture standards
Documenting, designing, and optimizing business processes
Working closely with business architects to define delivery strategies
Providing leadership in the facilitation of workshops with stakeholders
Analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions
Identifying, documenting, and recommending detailed solutions
Establishing the testing strategy including user acceptance testing
Planning and managing change management activities
Building a climate of trust and sharing knowledge

Minimum of 3 years of experience
At least 2 years as a business analyst
Ideally experience in the finance, accounting, or banking sector
CPA designation (asset)
Strong analytical rigor
Collaborative mindset
Expertise in business processes and structured analysis methodologies
Strong technological aptitude
Proficiency in tools (Windows, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Hopex, Oracle ERP Cloud – assets)
Intermediate level of proficiency in English
