Resolve incidents, problems and service requests
Ensure maintenance, monitoring and support of production systems

Maintain and adjust permissions on database objects
Ensure availability and evolution of database extraction tools
Support development teams with database restorations and validations
Participate in data migration activities, production deployment preparations and post-deployment follow-ups
Collaborate with infrastructure teams for DBMS upgrades, database client testing and OpenVMS migrations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2 to 8 years of experience in software development (depending on candidate level)
Knowledge of COBOL (asset), Java, APIs, GitHub, Jenkins, Spring Boot, SQL, and cloud concepts (e.g., Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of Ingres and Oracle databases
Knowledge of the OpenVMS operating system
Knowledge of COBOL (asset)
Familiarity with support activities related to ITIL methodology for incident and request management
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
