Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial system upgrades to enhance reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
Support monthly close activities including reconciliations, schedules, accruals, and adjustments.
Execute accurate, compliant payroll processing with oversight from the Sr. Manager, Finance & IT.
Support the development and maintenance of financial controls, standardized procedures, and documentation that support audit readiness and cross-organizational consistency.
Develop and manage multi-year program budgets, forecasts, and financial models in collaboration with program leads and executive leadership.
Monitor cash flow, grant allocations, and project-level expenditures to support the financial sustainability of long-duration, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, and budget management.
Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
Proven ability to support operational and executive leaders with analysis, options, and recommendations.
Experience managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
