Build and maintain schedules, staffing tables, and skilling structures in IEX and related systems
Analyze call volume, trends, KPIs, and staffing needs to support forecasting and coverage planning
Execute Schedule Selection Events, schedule bids, and new hire scheduling routines
Support vendor alignment, skilling audits, schedule accuracy, and operational communication
Enhance scheduling tools, tactical reporting, and templates; support automation initiatives
Participate in cross-functional routines and communicate staffing risks and opportunities
Requirements
2+ years hands-on IEX Workforce Management experience (scheduling, skilling, intraday)
Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret operational data
Experience managing multi-site or multi-skill staffing environments
Strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment
Excellent time management skills.
