Role Overview
- Leads the scheduling function within the project controls organization.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and standards.
- Ensures that project schedules are accurate and aligned with project objectives.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to schedulers and collaborates with project teams.
- Establishes and implements Blattner-wide strategies that impact business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
- 10 or more years of experience in construction project scheduling, including 7 or more years in a leadership role managing teams.
