Supports the Senior Director of Project Controls and works collaboratively with the Director of Scheduling in leading the project controls function across all projects.
Provides leadership and oversight for cost management, earned value management, forecasting, change management, and project management fundamentals.
Ensures consistency and accuracy in project controls practices across business units.
Drives continuous improvement in systems, tools, and processes to enhance project performance and reporting.
Provides leadership and mentorship to project controls team members to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering/Engineering Management, or related field required.
10 or more years of progressive experience in project controls, including cost control, forecasting, and risk analysis.
7 or more years of leadership experience managing project controls teams is required.
