Develop, standardize, centralize, and optimize the referral process, workflows, and education.
Strategically develop relationships, operational infrastructure, and best practices that allow the referral program to improve efficiency, patient access, and provider relations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives related to referral management, patient outreach, and patient access.
Direct the assessment, design, development, planning, implementation, data collection/reporting, and evaluation of referral management and specialist utilization.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business
Required
8 years of related experience in a corporate or business setting, managed health care, hospital, or insurance environment, with at least three of those years at the management level or higher
Required
6 years progressively responsible experience in health care, including demonstrated success in an administrative capacity with responsibilities working directly with physicians
