Responsible for maintaining efficient and effective operations of nursing units/hospitals
Contributes to administrative functioning of nursing services by reviewing staffing, reassigning and allocating staff
Serves as a clinical resource and role model to nursing staff
Interacts with internal and external customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving
Coordinates and/or assists with activities during internal and external emergency situations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)
RN
Registered Nurse
Ohio Board of Nursing
Minimum 2 years clinical experience
Specialized Knowledge in related field
BLS Certified
Communication, interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution
