Act as the primary escalation point for IT issues and service requests for 13 M&E studios, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Lead and manage the transition of studios onto key corporate IT initiatives, including Google Workplace, ServiceNow, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, ERP & Workday.
Develop and execute detailed transition plans, create documentation, and provide training.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with studio leadership and key personnel to understand their business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization.
