Maintain safety by following protocols and regulations
Perform MFI, physical, and chemical tests on products per sample plan
Operate and maintain extruder/injection molding machines for test samples
Record and release test data in SAP and LIMS accurately and promptly
Verify calibration and perform routine lab equipment maintenance
Document and address out-of-spec results
Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues and achieve targets
Streamline lab procedures and documentation
Check color samples using a spectrophotometer
Requirements
Hold a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years’ lab or manufacturing experience, or an associate degree in science/technology with 3+ years’ relevant experience
Have a solid background in chemistry, mathematics, and statistics
Are skilled with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and quick to learn new applications
Have experience with quality management systems (ISO, RCMS) preferred.
Communicate clearly across teams and shifts, both written and verbal
Work well independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Excel at teamwork, problem-solving, and adapting to changing environments
