Oversee all phases of multiple projects simultaneously from pre-design through construction observation
Lead technical, business, design, and administrative components of complex residential and hospitality projects
Supervise project teams and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff members
Manage client relationships with excellent listening and communication skills
Produce expert-level work in Revit for all project documentation and coordination
Create photorealistic 3D renderings and presentations using Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar platforms
Set up and export models for consultant coordination and client presentations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agency officials throughout project lifecycle
Ensure projects meet firm standards for design excellence and sustainability
Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems
Participate in design development and problem-solving discussions
Conduct site visits and construction observation as needed

Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
10+ years of professional experience in architectural project management
Proven track record managing multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept through completion
Proficiency in Revit
Advanced 3D rendering skills (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms)
Deep technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
Experience supervising and mentoring junior design staff
