Day-to-day management of transactional legal matters – typically 3-5 teams at any given time
Advising business units on legal issues related to project development, operations, and regulatory environment
Regular strategizing with Business Development team
Overseeing development activities for solar projects, including negotiating leases and managing corporate governance issues
Participating in business and deal reviews and investment committee meetings
Developing best-practice legal procedures and in-house training programs

Strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to learn
Ability to work well individually and with multiple teams
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making abilities based on informed judgment and attention to detail
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
