Support deal negotiations by analyzing terms, sensitivities, and value drivers.
Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, operations, and technology.
Develop high-quality, defensible valuation analyses and underwriting materials.
Assess synergies, risks, and integration considerations and translate them into actionable insights.
Perform market sizing, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to support investment theses.
Stress-test assumptions and clearly articulate key risks and upside scenarios.
Create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions.
Translate complex financial and strategic analyses into concise narratives and recommendations.
Prepare investment memos, diligence summaries, and post-close performance tracking materials.
Support the identification and prioritization of acquisition, partnership, and build-vs-buy opportunities.
Conduct industry, market, and competitive research within healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services.
Track relevant market trends, regulatory developments, and capital markets activity.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support integration planning and execution.
Help track synergy realization and post-acquisition performance versus underwriting cases.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or a combination thereof; strong preference for candidates with banking or PE experience and direct transaction execution exposure.
Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends. Deep understanding of technical workflows is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review complex models.
Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills; ability to produce executive-ready materials.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Ability to manage and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously across parallel transactions, balancing speed, rigor, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.
