Supports clinic locations in CA, NV and WY ensuring high level of productivity and quality patient care.
Oversees day-to-day activities of facilities within geographic area.
Monitors overall practice performance and develops productivity action plans.
Conducts special managerial projects assigned by Service-line leaders.
Provides operational leadership, direction and support to practice managers.
Facilitates assimilation of newly hired practice managers into the group practice setting.
Works with Service-line leaders to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
Participates in development of marketing plan in conjunction with regional leadership team.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare administration obtained through a bachelor’s degree in business administration or health services administration.
Strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems.
Minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in managing a health care facility.
Leadership experience should include management of staff, budgets and multiple clinic functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Planning, organizational and conceptual skills.
