Provide expert onsite technical support for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and equipment
Serve as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to OEM and industry standards
Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using advanced troubleshooting methods
Minimize system downtime through efficient root cause analysis and corrective actions
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, calibration, and component replacement
Respond promptly to customer service requests and execute onsite repairs with precision and professionalism
Deliver technical training to customers on safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic equipment
Prepare detailed field service reports, maintain accurate service records, and document equipment history

3–5 years of experience working with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies
Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical systems
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Experience planning and executing field service activities and preventive maintenance programs
Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline (preferred)
Experience in industrial, energy, marine, aerospace, or gas processing environments (preferred)
