Respond to the needs of internal and external customers by performing repairs, installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on pathology and genomics instruments and systems.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues related to product performance.
Advise customers on preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with managers and sales teams.
Provide feedback to product specialists.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Genomics, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in a combination of field service engineering, analytical instrumentation, pathology, or related roles.
Experience with medical devices and pathology equipment preferred.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Candidate must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
