Proactively suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
Assist in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI).
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars.
Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of products, industry trends, and customer use cases.

2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support roles in privileged access management (PAM), identity security, or similar enterprise applications.
3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.
Expertise in presenting technical solutions and differentiating products against competitors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper-V.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting at trade shows or conferences.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
