Lead the planning and execution of industry and Pacvue-owned events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, Pacvue-owned in-person activations), from concept through post-event analysis
Develop event plans aligned to broader marketing and business objectives, including audience targeting, messaging, and success metrics
Manage and mentor two direct reports, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback
Oversee event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, product marketing, and customer teams to maximize event impact
Lead on-site event execution, including booth experience, staffing plans, and run-of-show management
Define and track KPIs for event performance (e.g., pipeline influence, lead quality, engagement), and deliver clear post-event reporting and insights
Continuously evaluate and optimize the events portfolio based on performance, ROI, and audience relevance
Stay current on industry trends, competitive presence, and emerging event opportunities
Requirements
7+ years of experience in events or field marketing, with a strong focus on industry or third-party events, particularly in a B2B enterprise environment
2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to develop and lead teams
Demonstrated success managing large-scale events and complex logistics
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience partnering closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting on event ROI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as needed for events
Experience managing vendor relationships
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
