Requirements
12+ years recruiting experience with 5+ years in dedicated AE/Sales Leadership recruiting
Proven competencies and experience to act as a Lead for the AE recruiting function
Experience scaling Sales teams in high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS companies
Expertise in pipeline management, sourcing, and closing senior talent
Ability to assess sales competencies and coach hiring managers
Proven consultative influence with senior stakeholders
