Daily support activities include helpdesk call support, create production tickets, triage incidents and log the information
Independently prioritize and resolve production issues related to incident break-fixes and enhancement requests as an SME in SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistic Execution area
Coordinate with SAP end users, SAP functional team and/or technical team for requirement gathering, troubleshoot and solutioning
Create functional specification documents for application development objects, work with development during DEV testing
Design, consult and support security requirements around SAP SD processes
Work on moderately complex tasks to enhance existing solution; identifying, evaluating, recommending options and implementing new solution
Develop professional and productive relationships within business units, IT team, and SSC.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple full life cycle implementations and support in SAP SD and LE modules
Expert in Order to Cash value stream
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; Masters degree in any discipline is preferred
Strong knowledge and expertise in SAP SD and LE master data
Experience building and supporting (SD and LE area) of transfer processing, pricing, drop shipment, consignment, credit management, tax procedures and rebate processing
Detail knowledge of SAP SD integration to other SAP functional areas such as FI, CO, MM, PP etc.
Excellent trouble shoot, problem solving skills, detail oriented and self-directed
Strong customer service skills, team player, collaborative and flexible
