Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between "the science" and "the software." You will work daily with neurologists, neuroscientists, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex clinical requirements into elegant user experiences.
AI & Data Strategy: Navigate and utilize diverse healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, and device data) to power predictive analytics, generative insights, and biometric processing at scale.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex web of stakeholders including marketing, legal, regulatory, and external partners in the life sciences and payer sectors.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience.
Digital Health Native: Proven track record of releasing digital products in highly regulated industries (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
AI Practitioner: Experience building and deploying AI-powered products at scale, including a deep understanding of how to make "black box" algorithms actionable for end-users.
Technical & Data Fluent: High degree of technical aptitude; you are comfortable discussing EHR integrations, FHIR standards, and claims data architecture.
Independent Thinker: You are a self-starter with a strong bias toward action, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment.
