Role Overview
Support change management activities for enterprise initiatives
Assist with the development of change management deliverables
Draft internal communications
Help maintain communication calendars and distribution lists
Support development of training materials
Participate in project meetings
Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
