You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and design
You will develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships
You will prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments
You will evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks
You will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders
Requirements
An active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
7 years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders
Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies
Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues and risks
Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, to include experience as a Scrum Master
