Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
