Role Overview
Design and lead integration plans for new initiatives and partnerships, ensuring operational alignment and value capture.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
Establish and manage KPIs to monitor the success of initiatives and partnerships and recommend adjustments as needed.
Manage operational and clinical teams as appropriate.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary liaison for ongoing strategic relationships.
Manage stakeholders across different motivations to accomplish end goals.
Establish processes and clinical workflows that support meeting KPIs.
Test and implement new workflows to improve KPIs.
Manage on the ground partnerships to enable expansion of pilots to broader rollout.
Hire teams as appropriate to support expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, initiatives, corporate development, or business strategy.
Management consulting experience (e.g., with a top-tier firm) preferred.
Experience in healthcare services, home health, or hospice is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated success in evaluating, negotiating, and integrating partnerships.
