Assist in program management for Education and Training to ensure adequate training of our customers
Standardization of the project management best industry standard practices with the use of AI and available tools/templates
Additional ad hoc IP COE projects and project management-related support of IP COE initiatives related to infection prevention.
Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
Engaging in other duties, as necessary.
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
Preferred fields of study include Project Management, Business Operations, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Health Administration, or other business-related discipline.
Must complete two (2) years of undergrad before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.
Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
