Define roadmap for software applications that align with business goals, objectives, and priorities
Serve as a key contributor to the long‑term construction technology strategy
Provide and establish team member training programs
Perform periodic reviews of system usage
Responsible for monitoring project technology utilization and adherence to operational technology policies
Guide the integration of various Operation technology solutions with IT
Maintain broad understanding of AEC industry solutions and trends
Participate in after-action reviews and identify operations technology system usage process improvements
Identify, evaluate, and oversee pilots of emerging technologies
Planning, facilitating and executing continuous operational technology improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university
Minimum five to ten years of construction and related experience and training
High level of technical competency and curiosity
Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry technology solutions, systems, processes, and tools
Ability to evaluate the potential impact of technology solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen
Understanding of key technical concepts
Ability to explain complex topics to leaders at all levels
Past experience working in construction and understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Procore, Autodesk tools, PowerBI, or related construction management technologies.
