Drive execution of the assigned projects by defining and actively managing scope and development and management of project plan to ensure on-time project delivery
Advise and provide direction to organizational leaders on methods to improve capabilities
Develop curriculum for a virtual organization
Leverage, promote, and communicate PM best practices across the organization
Manage and enable team members to achieve organizational objectives
Prepare, support and help individuals/teams drive organizational change
Liaison with Organizational Program Management Office

Requirements
6-10 years Program/Project Management Experience with significant experience successfully launching large scale initiatives involving multiple business lines/enabling functions
PMP or ACP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus.
Self-starter with experience at handling organizational change in a process-driven project environment
Comfortable working in environments where you’ll need to manage and engage with teams that need to balance both client-centricity and internal/external controls
Previous experience at managing individuals
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and changing priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, manage and articulate clearly to project stakeholders and senior management
Extensive experience working with various control partners and demonstrated success to strict adherence of control framework, policy and procedures
Lead through influence skills – ability to engage, motivate, drive results, and hold a diverse set of colleagues across the organization accountable for attaining set goals and objectives
Critical thinker with problem solving capabilities
Positive, can-do attitude; does what it takes attitude to drive success
Instinctive care about providing a great experience to your customers
Attentive to detail and have confidence with project tracking, reports, metrics and presentations.
You are proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, or other analytical tools associated with project management
Strong conceptual and workload management skills
Experience in Agile methodologies
Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required
Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
