About this role

Lead the product roadmap for Alight’s leave and absence experience
Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users
Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent, compliant, end‑to‑end experience
Own and advance the product strategy across outsourcing, insourcing, and co‑sourcing models
Partner with Product Directors and Product Managers to ensure alignment and shared prioritization
Drive a multi‑year roadmap for experience capabilities
Manage and refine existing products to minimize client risk
Maintain roadmap visibility for leadership, engineering, delivery, and client‑facing teams
Represent the organization at conferences, advisory groups, audits, and client feedback forums
Develop content, frameworks, and documentation that support thought leadership
Collaborate with engineering, legal, delivery, and client success to ensure high‑quality execution
Validate solutions through discovery, prototyping, and user feedback
Support launch readiness across commercial, implementation, and enablement teams

5+ years in absence management
5+ years of product management experience
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional product initiatives in an Agile environment
Proven skills in product strategy, user‑centered design, requirements analysis, and competitive assessment
