Serve as the primary technical administrator for the company HRIS, managing permissions, module configurations, and regular system maintenance
Own the People Team’s security matrix, designing and managing user roles and access levels to ensure efficient workflows while protecting sensitive data
Execute the “build” phase of new technology rollouts, including setting up integrations, configuring new system modules, and testing automated workflows
Apply familiarity with logic and basic scripting structures to support advanced system configurations and API troubleshooting
Support systems integration efforts, including working with APIs, SFTP, EIBs, or related integration frameworks where applicable
Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex system issues that cannot be resolved by the broader HR team, liaising directly with vendor support when necessary
Provide support and training to People team members and end-users on HRIS functionality
Lead proactive system “health check” audits of configurations, permissions, and automated workflows to ensure technical precision and identify areas for process improvement
Map complex HR workflows and translate them into clean, automated system permissions and scalable configurations
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance standards across the HR system landscape
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including system configurations, audit findings, workflow logic, and integration mappings
Collaborate cross-functionally stakeholders to analyze HRIS processes and implement enhancements
Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and transformation initiatives, including testing, validation, and documentation
Assist in the technical deployment of AI tools within People systems
Prepare datasets to support AI-driven initiatives and automation workflows
Test AI-driven automations and validate system logic
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of new “smart” workflows and automated processes
Support continuous optimization of AI-enabled system functionality
Create and maintain PX reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and actionable data
Support reporting needs across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, and performance management
Ensure reporting accuracy through structured data governance and validation processes

3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on system logic, configuration, and technical governance
Advanced hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now Security Management and practitioner-level configurations
Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance management)
Familiarity with logic and basic coding structures to support advanced system configurations and API troubleshooting
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain structured and accurate documentation
Familiarity with systems integration principles (e.g., APIs, SFTP, EIBs).
Advanced hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now Security Management and Practitioner-level configurations.
