Contribute to the development and evolution of Virta’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints, externally and internally
Use a mix of graphic design, motion design, web design, and video editing to bring Virta’s brand to life across marketing channels. You’ll work hands-on in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with opportunities to support website and landing page work in tools like Webflow
Design and support creative across a range of marketing touchpoints, including landing pages, email, paid social, presentations, and campaign assets. You may also contribute to larger moments like website updates, launches, or brand storytelling initiatives.
Help translate complex topics—like metabolic disease, weight loss, and behavior change—into visual stories that feel clear, human, and motivating. You’ll partner with writers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to make evidence-based ideas more accessible through design
Work closely with teammates across Brand Design, Growth, Retention, Product Marketing, Sales and Content. Collaborate with external partners such as photographers, illustrators, and motion designers
Requirements
4+ years experience designing marketing assets like landing pages, emails, slide decks, direct mail and data visualizations with some experience and desire to leverage AI tools to optimize workflow
A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to come up with multiple novel solutions to design problems, who also can take work through production to the finished product
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
A strong and versatile portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of knowledge, skills, projects, and media including web design, motion design, and print design
You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is able to identify areas of improvement and take initiative.
