Responsible for successful delivery of capital improvement projects while managing day-to-day efforts related to programming, planning, design, construction, and close out for JLL on a dedicated account
Ensure completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting all client objectives
Act as liaison between the client/users and all other project participants including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies
Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy, and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and managing goals and objectives
Requirements
At least 5 years of practical experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or in construction management industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate succinctly
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
High levels of customer service with ability to serve multiple clients at any given time, deliver on milestones, and create positive impression for team and company
Work effectively both independently and within team
Organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to identify and manage priorities
Detail oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of capital improvement project delivery and construction processes
