HungerRush is a leading provider of integrated restaurant technology solutions, and they are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on making outbound calls to restaurant owners, qualifying leads, and booking demos for the sales team to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the first touch – Drive outbound calls to restaurant owners, qualify inbound leads, and uncover pain points where HungerRush can help
- Book high-quality demos – Your primary goal is to fill the sales pipeline by securing meetings for Account Executives. You’ll clearly communicate the value of HungerRush POS and how it transforms restaurant operations
- Drive business growth – Work closely with sales and marketing to maximize lead conversion, support outreach initiatives, and accelerate pipeline momentum
- Be entrepreneurial – Take ownership of outbound campaigns, assist with lead generation strategies, and proactively test new outreach approaches to engage the right prospects
- Manage and track outreach – Use Salesforce and other tools to keep meticulous records of interactions, ensuring a seamless handoff to sales
Requirements:
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
- Resilient & adaptable – You can think on your feet and adjust your approach based on prospect needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You take initiative, solve problems, and look for ways to improve outreach
- CRM experience preferred – Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms
